Footwear must be returned unworn and in the original shoebox.
We also ask that your handbags come back in prime condition - unused, unworn, and ready to be loved by the next customer.
All returns are inspected upon arrival back to us and will be refunded once inspection is completed.

Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
Items purchased more than 14 days.
